RAIN RAIN GO AWAY .

Looking at the rains from my italian style window is great fun ,specially with a piping hot cup of ginger tea. It's fun looking at the raindrops falling down with cool breeze blowing along with it , it makes me feel so good n charged up that i get charged up to do my daily household chores but sometimes when free from all the chores i really love to sit n enjoy the rain with my tea, when all alone i soon go down the memory lane n see my school days as to how rain used to bring relief to school kids like us especially when there were heavy rains we used to get a holiday to avoid inconvenience . We used to enjoy going home splashing the water but now  the situation has become different after the rains of 2005 . People hardly enjoy rains ,even children who have had a bad experience of the flood during rainy season fear even with the noise of thundering n so rain has become a demon for half of the metro population . It was really a bad experience for one n all , i remember my house being on the groundfloor was flooded with rain water . Many important documents were destroyed ,things were floating including the gas cylinder. The worst thing was removing the dirty water accumulated in our house ,thanks to my B-I-L n his wife [as we were in a joint family ] the water was removed n the house cleaned in a few hours after the rains . I would like to thank my S-I-L for letting us stay with them for a few days as she stayed in the same building on the top floor infact none of us can forget her untimely help as that time my neice was just 7 months old ,if it was not her then i don't know were we would have gone with the small baby. It was at that time that i  remembered the very famous nursery rhyme' RAIN RAIN GO AWAY CUM AGAIN ANOTHER DAY', it was such a situation that everyone struck in the rains must have remembered it as though it being a prayer to the rain God. This was actually a cruel game of nature when many lost their dear ones ,some lost their belongings , there were some who lost their shelter . The door bell rang n i came out of my thoughts ,opened the door there was the post man at the door poor soul drenched in the rain that was falling heavily. One thought that came to me after seeing him was how for an earning people have to work in a season like this also n people like me who are at home enjoy the rains from inside the house.

LIFE IS UNPREDICTABLE

I Know i have written on blog describing phases of life but not about what life has stored for our future actually one cannot write on what it has stored for us it is just unpredictable . I experienced this fact truely after i went thru the unpredicted phase of life. 21st May was a normal day for me but a special one as it was my neice birthday. Every year i used to call her n wish her Happy Birthday as she stays in Delhi. But this year i called her n wished her in Baroda as she had gone for the first time with her aunt n so she was not there with my bro n sis-in-law i wished her chatted with her n kept my cell to charge , i had no idea what life has stored for all of us i mean my bro Atul, my sis-in-law, both my neice n also my hubby n son. What was stored for our future is still shocking am  unable to come out of the shock , the same day at night i got a call from Atul that   our  Ajay Dada has been admitted after his Blood Pressure shooted upto 300 . We all still had hopes of his recovering from the health problem soon as he had a strong will power but destiny had the worst stored for us he breathe his last on the 23rd of May , it was a big blow to all of us as we all knew we won't be able to see him again in our lifetime . More shocking for his wife n kids who were so much attached to him, i am the youngest of us siblings so was so much pampered by my bros. It was more shocking as within a span of 7 years my mom expired this was a second big blow, it is still hard to come out of that shock i can still feel his presence in my house as he used to enjoy a lot talking with me of good old times relish food like sea food which he used to say was exactly the same as my mom cooked . Sometimes i cannot control my tears from flowing down the cheeks trying much to come out of the fact that i won't be able to see him at my place but only feel his presence . This is what sometimes one cannot predict what is stored in the future . Hope my dear friends none of u experience such a shock in life , i pray to God that no one goes thru such a bad unpredictable phase of life. 

A WALK IN THE EVENING AT JOGGERS PARK

                          Everyone has a way of leading a healthy lifestyle some follow a strict fitness regime including a  diet control programme , going to gym , exercising just at home ,jogging or just walking in fresh air. It's a beautiful feeling when one decides to stay fit . Actually that is the first step towards a fit n healthy life.It is not necessary to go and join the gym as for some it is not affordable or for some even if it is affordable they cannot join it because of health reason so according to me staying fit doesnot mean going a luxurious way . I personally feel going for a walk most preferably in the morning is the best option.Walking is a healthy way of starting your day ,for me it is not possible to go for a walk in the morning so i make it in the evening,as it is a proper jogging park due to greenery all around the air is much fresh than on ordinary road . The air has some magic in it that one doesnot feel tired even after an hour or so ,people of all ages look so fresh after their walk. There is one more thing which i like when i go for a walk i get to see people enjoying their walk chatting with friends while some carry on walking alone. It's actually fun watching the different expressions on their face ,the topics are also different some talk on the daily serials ,some on the politics of our country still some who i feel are the best are the ones who discuss and share their fitness tips with each other . It's so nice to see even the senoir citizens sharing their experiences with each other and even younger generation.
