A WALK IN THE EVENING AT JOGGERS PARK

                          Everyone has a way of leading a healthy lifestyle some follow a strict fitness regime including a  diet control programme , going to gym , exercising just at home ,jogging or just walking in fresh air. It's a beautiful feeling when one decides to stay fit . Actually that is the first step towards a fit n healthy life.It is not necessary to go and join the gym as for some it is not affordable or for some even if it is affordable they cannot join it because of health reason so according to me staying fit doesnot mean going a luxurious way . I personally feel going for a walk most preferably in the morning is the best option.Walking is a healthy way of starting your day ,for me it is not possible to go for a walk in the morning so i make it in the evening,as it is a proper jogging park due to greenery all around the air is much fresh than on ordinary road . The air has some magic in it that one doesnot feel tired even after an hour or so ,people of all ages look so fresh after their walk. There is one more thing which i like when i go for a walk i get to see people enjoying their walk chatting with friends while some carry on walking alone. It's actually fun watching the different expressions on their face ,the topics are also different some talk on the daily serials ,some on the politics of our country still some who i feel are the best are the ones who discuss and share their fitness tips with each other . It's so nice to see even the senoir citizens sharing their experiences with each other and even younger generation.
